TOWING WINCHES

Towing winches are designated for displacement of railway vehicles. It is placed on a horizontal base at the working station and anchored with a pin. It rotates around the pin in the direction of the rope pull. The winch rope drum is driven by an electric motor with a gearbox. Easy rope pulling is facilitated by the disconnection of the drive drum clutch. To extend the rope along rails, separate transfer pulleys can be used (they are not supplied as a part of the winch).
